To be anonymous you must follow this steps.
1. Read Terms and Agreement of any application being installed from Microsoft or others to make sure you are not being tracked, I know this is hard but this is the way forward because most apps/software tell you that you are being tracked in their Terms and Agreement like Windows 10. 2. Get a Reliable and trustworthy VPN (Virtual Private Network), Just go to google.com and search "steps invloved in setting a VPN on my PC'. In other words a VPN is a software that block traffics from the internet from reaching your computer directly
3. Download Tor Browser, You can just google Download and set-up Tor on my PC

4. Encrypt your files using bitlocker(I won't advise you to use this because windows has a backdoor to bypass your password), so you can use third party apps like Veracrypt and others)
5. Disable location from Windows 10 Settings(New Control Panel).
